This lawn jockey (hitching post) is all original and from the early 1900's. Made from cast iron, it is in incredible condition for it's age. It was stored in a barn for many years here in the Virginia area.
Pictures show the paint waring along with some chipping. The right arm which holds the post ring show a separation from each side however the entire piece is solid and sturdy. The square bottom pedestal has raised panels on each side.
Measurements: 37 1/2" tall 15" deep and the bottom base is 10" square
